Parents' Support Group (CZ)

Have you found out that your child is gay, lesbian, or bisexual? Is it not easy for you to accept, and are you looking for a way to come to terms with it, strengthen your relationship with your child, and support them?

We invite you to a support group for parents of LGBT+ children. Come and talk about what you're going through with others in a similar situation. You can find inspiration or even discover new approaches. The meetings are led by a psychologist team with extensive experience working with LGBT+ people and their families.

The traditional support group is intended for a maximum of 12 people and meets once a month. Details will be shared with registered participants.

We currently run three parallel parents' groups – one is led by Irena Smetáčková and Jana Soukupová, another by Jana Soukupová and Lea Roland, and the third, which is online, is led by Irena Smetáčková and Aleš Kabilka. After signing up, one of the group leaders will contact you based on current availability.

Participation in the group is free of charge. Regular attendance is not required but will be beneficial for you. The group is organized by sbarvouven.cz
