Teenspace – Second Meeting of the Month (CZ/EN)

Teenspace is a regular afternoon program at the LGBT+ Community Center, held twice a month for LGBTQIA+ youth aged 13–21.

Each meeting features discussions, lectures, workshops, or creative activities, always centred around a specific theme. There's also time for free activities, and you'll have the chance to meet new friends. The program is conducted in both Czech and English.

Teenspace events are organized by sbarvouven.cz and Queer & Trans Youth CZ.

Second Meeting of the Month – Support

Each second Teenspace meeting of the month is dedicated to support. Teenspace is a safe space where we can share and not be alone with our problems. We can talk about emotions that are sometimes confusing or difficult, help each other navigate challenging life situations, learn strategies to regulate our nervous system (to cope with anxiety and depression), and build community through mutual support. Each meeting is different, depending on the topics you bring. And most of the time, we also find a moment for a fun game or casual chat!
